Fishing for wishes
Story/concept:
You play as a fellow known as Fain going through the motions of another day at his job. His title being that of a wish maker, he's also quite an accomplished wish maker (obviously, I mean just look at his hair, it can only get that long through successfully enhancing wishes to better aid them in coming true after all.)
Controls:
- To progress dialogue: Enter key, space key, click with track pad, or left mouse click
- To "fish": press the co-responding arrow key or the equivalent wasd key
- (I.e. up = w key, right = d key, down = s key, and left = a key)
Note: If the game appears slow/is lagging at the start (to the point of appearing like a slideshow) I wouldn't recommend trying to play it while listening to the audio.
Credits:

Extra words (possible spoilers):
The concept for this game came from a set of thoughts I had about how I'd explain game design, well more like how I'd make a game of some kind just a bit more strange and interesting at least to me.
The starting point was some kind of fishing game but with a twist, instead of fish you reel in wishes. (It's funny because the last time I explained the same thing fishing was the starting point to build off of too)
I even thought about how it would look at that point which is basically how it ended up looking, though the character was made up later on.
(Also fun fact, Fain was settled on as the name after finding the names Ain and Fynn, I really wanted to go with Ain after finding out one of it's meanings were associated with eyes. It was just perfect for the character especially since I knew the ending but it didn't quite fit as I'd like, so I combined both names and got Fain, which also kind of fits him pretty well)
